Management Office and Staff

The term “Management” means the Management Corporation or its’ Managing Agent being responsible for the Management and Maintenance of the condominium.

The duties of the Management are to primarily manage and maintain the “common property” within Sherwood Towers In order to provide a high standard of Management to the condominium, professional staff and contractors have been engaged to discharge the duties of the Management. To enable the Management, cleaning and security staff, etc to carry out their duties properly, they must not be used by any resident for any private business, nor receive any instructions from any person other than the Management, which may conflict with their normal duties.

Sherwood Towers is managed by Knight Frank Property Asset Management Pte Ltd together with Management Corporation and Strata Title Plan No 568 ‘s in house staff The on site Estate Management Team will be able to answer your queries and to provide prompt and efficient service If you have any suggestions or complaints, please feel free to contact the site staff If you wish to write, you may address it to the Condominium Manager at : –

Management Office Hours

The Management Office opening and closing times are listed below. Any emergency after office hours, please contact Security at ( 65) 6466 4547.
• Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
• Sundays and Public Holidays Closed


Any updates of information, and other common facilities service schedules will be posted on the notice boards for residents’ perusal Residents are required to obtain Management’s approval before using the Notice Board The materials submitted shall be vetted by the Management, who shall have the right to amend part or all of the materials as it deems fit Please arrange with the Management for the display of any notices on the Notice Board Notices displayed shall be limited to a period of 7 14 days upon availability of space.

The above requirements will be imposed on the similar capacities onto the Electronic Notice Board on the residents’ website:
